Change of mind
Changed your mind? Contact us within 30 days of delivery. The bag must be unused, unworn and returned in its original condition with any tags and packaging.
Email support@mochila.au with your order number. Please do not send anything before receiving return instructions.
We will provide the Brisbane return details. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer, and we recommend keeping the tracking receipt.
Once it arrives, we inspect it to make sure it meets the return conditions.
Choose a full refund of the returned item price, or one replacement bag from available stock. We send the replacement with free standard shipping.

Email support@mochila.au with your order number, a short description and clear photos. If a return is required, Mochila will cover reasonable return postage.
Depending on the problem and your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer law, the remedy may be a repair, replacement or refund. These rights are not limited to 30 days and are not excluded by our change-of-mind policy.
Delivery estimates
Shipping is free to every destination available at checkout. These are estimated business-day timeframes after dispatch; public holidays, customs and local carrier delays can add time.
International taxes and duties: Shipping is free, but your destination may charge import tax, duty or a carrier clearance fee. Mochila does not currently collect these charges at checkout, so the customer is responsible if they apply.
