Our goal is to promptly dispatch your purchases upon receipt of your order confirmation. Our shipping is completely free for the locations listed below.

Delivery timelines vary based on your location:

• Australia: 2-8 business days.
• New Zealand: 5-8 business days.
• United States: 5-12 business days.
• United Kingdom: 6-12 business days.
• International: 6-15 business days.

Please note our dispatch days are everyday Monday-Friday. We don't dispatch on weekends or public holidays, although we do prepare items during the weekend so theyre ready to be sent out first thing Monday morning.

If your product is faulty, arrives in less-than-perfect condition, or fails to arrive, we will gladly offer a refund or arrange to redeliver a similar bag to you within 30 days.
