Shipping from Australia
Mochila orders are prepared on business days. You will receive an order confirmation by email, followed by tracking information when your parcel has been dispatched.
Standard shipping is free for Australian orders. Any express or international shipping options and prices available for your destination are shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch
- Australia: 2–8 business days
- New Zealand: 5–8 business days
- United States: 5–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
- Other international destinations: 6–15 business days
These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Public holidays, carrier delays, customs processing and remote destinations can add time.
Delivery details
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email support@mochila.au as soon as possible. We will try to help before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once processing has started.
30-day change-of-mind returns
You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days after delivery. You pay the cost of returning the item to us in Brisbane, Australia. After we receive and inspect an eligible return, you may choose a full refund of the price paid for the returned item or a replacement bag from available stock, which we will send with free standard shipping.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and photos where possible. For an eligible claim, Mochila covers reasonable return postage and will provide the remedy you are entitled to. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited to 30 days.
